I believe that the death penalty is very effective and it keeps killers off the streets and teaches them a lesson.

I do believe the death penalty is necessary. Upon saying this I think that some things need to be changed. It is very expensive to keep someone in jail but it is also very expensive to perform the death penalty. Law makers need to spend more time on the death penalty and work out its flaws.

Putting a criminal to death isn't the right thing to do even if they killed someone. It does not set the family of the victim at ease and it just supports that killing is alright.

If you don't want to face the death penalty then don't kill anyone. It's as simple as that. I support the death penalty.

The depth penalty can go in depth and there are many good points on why to support or disagree with the death penalty. I believe that premeditated murder deserves the death penalty and if someone kills more than one person it shouldn't even be questioned whether they deserve the death penalty or not. I also believe that cases with weak evidence deserves the time so a mistake isn't made. Everything that can possibly be done to convict the RIGHT person should be administered. Also I believe people with mental problems shouldn't be put to death. They should receive help and remain in jail and be forced to be educated and socialize.
